He is a civil and software engineer presently residing in Canada. He married the girl of the chart no. 5 above but had an extremely unhappy married life having no conjugal relation from the very start and presently awarded with the divorce decree granted by the Hon’ble court in response to a petition moved by his wife without any maintenance and compensation.  

Analysis: -

The native is born under Cancer rising with the Ascendant being occupied by the combination of debilated Mars, the 5^th/10^th lord and weak Saturn, the 7^th/8^th lord in the inimical sign ruled by Moon thereby forming the very strong Bhouma Dosha aspecting the 7^th house which is devoid of any benefic aspect. The Ascendant lord Moon is posted in the 3^rd house Virgo in the constellation of Mars and aspected by Rahu posted in the 4^th house together with Herschel. The 4^th house is aspected by 6^th/9^th lord Jupiter combined with Ketu and also by debilated Mars in the Ascendant. The 10^th house is occupied by Jupiter and Ketu and aspected by Rahu and Saturn. The 12^th house is hemmed between malefics and aspected by Rahu. These combinations indicate that the native’s conjugal life can not be happy due to the nature of the wife.

N.B.: - From a comparison of the chart numbers 5 and 6 it appears that the Ascendants of the couple are in 6^th/8^th relation and so also the Moon. Further, the Sun in the two charts are also in 2^nd/12^th relation which is also not helpful. The constellation of the girl is Satabhisa and that of the boy Chitra of Virgo and therefore, in the conventional system, the two charts are very harmonious in respect of marital happiness but the facts show the inherent weakness of the conventional system in this respect. It need be pointed that the lords of the two constellations are Rahu and Mars respectively which are bitter enemies to each other.

The girl was married during Jup-Moon phase and has two sons and one miscarried in between. Analysis: -

The girl was born under Aries rising with the Ascendant/8^th lord Mars combined with 2^nd/7^th lord Venus together with Rahu and Pluto being posted in the 6^th house in Virgo and in the 4^th house from the Moon sign Gemini thereby forming a strong Bhouma Dosha. Mars is weak in Virgo while Venus is debilated there. The combination is devoid of any benefic aspect. The 5^th house is occupied by its lord Sun combined with the strong malefic and inimical Saturn, both in the constellation of Ketu which is posted in the 12^th house and aspected by the combination of Mars, Venus and Rahu as also by exalted Jupiter in the 4^th house. The 4^th house is occupied by the combination of 9^th/12^th lord exalted Jupiter and 3rd/6^th lord Mercury inimical to Jupiter. The combination of Mars, Venus and Rahu in the 6^th house is virtually in the 12^th house from the 7^th house signifying her husband. These combinations confirmed that the girl’s conjugal relation can not be happy and will end in a legal separation due to the illicit contacts of her husband and also signify a separation from her children.

The 4^th house is occupied by 6^th/11^th lord Mars combined with Ketu in Virgo in the constellation of Moon and mutually aspected with the combination of Sun and Rahu posted in the 10^th house thus, forming a strong Bhouma Dosha. The 7^th house is aspected by the 6^th/11^th lord Mars combined with Ketu. The 3^rd house is occupied by malefic retrograde Saturn in the constellation of the 5^th lord Venus while 3^rd lord Sun is combined with Rahu in the 10^th house in mutual aspect with the 6^th/11^th lord Mars combined with Ketu in the 4^th house. The native was born under Capricorn rising with the Ascendant/2^nd lord retrograde Saturn occupying the 7^th house in the inimical sign Cancer combined with Pluto and in mutual aspect with the 5^th/10^th lord Venus posted in the Ascendant in the constellation of the 7^th lord Moon, the latter being posted in the 8^th house in mutual aspect with the 8^th lord Sun combined with 4^th/11^th lord Mars and 6^th/9^th lord retrograde Mercury. The deposition of Mars, retrograde Mercury and Sun in the 7^th house from the Moon formed a Bhouma Dosha with respect to the 7^th lord Moon and the depositions of these three malefics in the 2^nd house of the native indicate bitter relation with his in-laws. These combinations indicated a separation from his spouse, but due to the benefic aspects of the two strong natural benefics viz. Jupiter and Venus, the relation was ultimately restored but after a prolonged separation signified by Saturn. The girl married a boy on their own selections and approved by their parents. The girl is said to be occupied by some evil soul of a deceased female being off and on when she behaves abnormally but after some time restores to the normal condition when she can’t remember anything of her abnormal behaviour due to evil possession. Later she became divorced at the instance of her mother and paternal relatives.

Astrological factors for unhappy marriage Part 1

In a natal chart marriage and the conjugal life are judged from the 7^th house and its lord. The domestic happiness is judged from the 4^th house and its lord. In the Zodiac these are signified by the signs Libra and Cancer together with their lords viz. Venus and Moon respectively. For a male being the significators for wife are  Venus and Moon, the former in particular while for a female being those for husband are Mars and Sun, the former in particular. For a happy conjugal life these houses and their lords and the significators should be influenced by benefics viz. Jupiter. But for unhappy marriage, influence of natural malefics like Mars, Sun, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu should be exerted on the corresponding houses. In addition, the malefic houses and their lords’ viz. 6^th, 8^th and 12^th houses should also be related with the 7^th and the 4^th houses, the former in particular. Relation of Mars signifies separation or death of the spouse that of Sun signifies unhappy conjugal relation due to vanity of the spouse for coming of a higher family. Relation of Saturn causes separation due to misunderstanding or intrusion of mean natured people in conjugal matters. Relation of Rahu causes unhappiness due to extramarital contacts of the native. Relation of Ketu signifies separation due to indifferent attitude of the partner. Relation of Mercury signifies legal actions in marital affairs or the impotency of the partner. Relation of Moon causes unhappiness due to frequently changing mind of the native in the matter of selection of partners.  Analysis: -

The native was born under Taurus rising with the Ascendant/6^th lord Venus, the significator of romance and marriage being combined with the 2^nd/5^th lord Mercury and 9^th/10^th lord Saturn in the 4^th house and hemmed between malefics. The 5^th house is occupied by Ketu and Neptune and aspected by the 7^th/12^th lord Mars, 8^th/11^th lord Jupiter and the combination of Moon and Rahu. The 7^th house is aspected by malefic Rahu while the 7^th house from the Moon sign is occupied by Ketu and Neptune and aspected by debilated Jupiter and weak Mars. The 5^th house is occupied by the karaka Venus in the constellation of the 12^th lord Sun while the 12^th lord Sun is himself posted in the 4^th house in the dual sign Saggitarius. The 4^th/7^th lord Jupiter combined with the 3^rd/8^th lord Mars is posted in the 12^th house in Leo in the constellation of Venus and combined with malefic Rahu in the constellation of Ketu posted in the 6^th house thereby forming a strong malefic Bhouma Dosha. The native is born under Scorpio rising with the Ascendant/6^th lord being posted in the 8^th house in the inimical sign Gemini forming Bhouma Dosha which is further intensified due to the mutual aspect with Saturn posted in the 11^th house in Virgo and also by Rahu posted in the 4^th house. The 7^th lord Venus combined with the 8^th/11^th lord Mercury and Ketu is posted in the 10^th house and aspected by Rahu from the 4^th house. The 9^th lord Moon combined with the 2^nd/5^th lord Jupiter is posted in the 5^th house and aspected by Saturn from Virgo. These combinations signify that the native is inclined to spiritual matters but his wife is a quarrelsome lady having some secret romantic affairs thereby forming a mismatch for the native leading to a divorce suit filed by the native.

The girl was born under Aquarius rising with the 6^th lord Moon posted in the Ascendant in the constellation of Rahu and in mutual aspect with strong malefics Mars and Saturn, both posted in the 7^th house in Leo in the constellation of Ketu thereby forming the very strong Bhouma Dosha. Ketu is posted in the 2^nd house in the constellation of Saturn and aspected by Rahu from the 8^th house and Mars from the 7^th house thereby afflicting the 2^nd house strongly. The Ascendant together with the Moon is also aspected by 2^nd/11^th lord Jupiter combined with 7^th lord Sun and 5^th/8^th lord Mercury posted in the 5^th house. The 4^th/9^th lord Venus, the significator of marriage is posted in the 6^th house in constellation of 5^th/8^th lord Mercury. The 7^th sign of the Zodiac i.e. Libra is occupied by Herschel and aspected by Saturn and Jupiter. The combination of Saturn and Mars in the 7^th house is also aspected by Rahu, the latter being also aspecting the 12^th house and the 4^th house.
