The native is born under Virgo rising with the Ascendant/10^th lord Mercury, the significator of medicine, being posted in the 7^th house signifying environment in the constellation of 5^th/6^th lord Saturn and aspected by the 4^th/7^th lord Jupiter posted in the Ascendant in combination with Neptune.
