In case of test tube babies, the identities of the donors for sperm and egg-cell are not disclosed. This is the only criterion which distinguishes such a baby from others. In Astrology, the significator of father in a natal chart is the 10^th house and its lord as also the planet Sun while mother is judged from the 4^th house and its lord in the natal chart as also the Moon.
